Online Program Notes

Zelman Symphony is beginning a trial of online program notes to accompany your concert experience.

We've been printing programs for as long as we can remember, however they consume a lot of paper and are increasingly expensive to print. We want to know if you, the audience, would enjoy online program notes and if we, together, can reduce the resources we are using.

We are trialling two formats. The first, Replica Program, is exactly the same as the printed program we are distributing on concert night. The second, Website Program, contains almost the same content, but is formatted for easy reading on mobile phones and specifically supports dark mode – light text on a dark background, which should be less distracting to other members of the audience.

Please let us know your opinions with each of the formats – good or bad. We've prepared a short survey which we'd love you to fill in. But whichever program you are reading, please remember to put your device into Do Not Disturb mode!
