Beethoven Festival: Symphonies 4 & 7

Saturday 30 May 2026, 2.30pm

Ulumbarra Theatre

Presented in association with Bendigo Symphony Orchestra

Two great Beethoven symphonies in one concert

Zelman Symphony is proud to have been invited to the Bendigo Symphony Orchestra Beethoven Festival to celebrate their 45th anniversary. We will be joining the Bendigo, Ballarat and Elder Conservatorium orchestras performing all nine Beethoven Symphonies over one weekend.

Beethoven’s fourth symphony is lively and compact, showing his wit and lyricism with brilliant scoring for woodwinds.

Described by Wagner as “the apotheosis of the dance”, Beethoven’s seventh symphony is full of relentless, driving rhythms, concluding with an ecstatic finale.

Join us in Bendigo for this magnificent event!
